Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading online delivery business in the Middle East, who is looking for a Head of Account Management to lead their team in Saudi Arabia. While we are looking for someone with strong business development skills, this role will focus purely on account management rather than sales.
As Head of Account Management, you will:
- Develop and execute strategic account management projects and partnerships
- Be the subject matter expert of assigned market and lead key account managers in developing initiatives to engage and retain partners
- Handle data analytics projects and enhance existing tool/processes in collaboration with internal teams (e.g. program managers)
- Lead, coach, develop and manage account management team
Desirable skills and background:
- MBA preferred, with at least 8 years’ experience in the same role or capacity
- Proven experience in account management, partner management, and managing teams
- Extensive experience in customer-facing, business development setting in a large company or a thriving start up
- Results-driven, organized, and can thrive in a multi-project environment
- Senior-level verbal and written communication skills
- Saudi resident and Arabic speaker (required)
