Job Summary
Assist in the preparation of contracts and assess their commitment conformity to the company set processes and procedures and projects scope.
Job Duties
Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the contracts department goals.
· Review and finalize the legal matters for all contracts and agreements prepared by the company, and modify the texts to serve the interest of the company and protect it.
· Prepare related documents of the discharges and settlements and contracts and agreements and drafts with all public and private entities and ensure that they are legal and in harmony with existing laws in order to avoid the risks and legal obligations to the company.
· Help in the preparation of contracts in coordination with the concerned parties in the management and legal body with respect to legal matters and items.
· Save all documents and records relating to contracts and agreements concluded for all services provided to the company.
· Ensure that all contract documentations are filed and archived properly
· Follow-up on procurement processes to ensure implementation of supplier schedules for supply stipulated in the contract.
· Review and update contracts and consider various labor issues and other issues related to laws and regulations related to the work of the company.
· Assist in negotiating the finalization of Project statements and Strategic partnership agreements.
Any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, marketing or any related field.
Minimum Experience : 3 years of experience in a related field.
Training and Certifications : Any related training.
Languages : English, Arabic.
