Job Summary
Responsible for developing, implementing and managing quality control system, setting the quality control compliance standards and measurements and training employees to the quality standards at the company.
Job Duties
· Manage workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure high productivity and high technical integrity.
· Formulate, document and maintain quality control standards and on-going quality control objectives.
· Create, document and implement inspection criteria and procedures.
· Interpret quality control philosophy to key personnel within company.
· Apply total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes.
· Manage the assigned duties as per the set construction policies and procedures to achieve the goals.
· Develop the annual QA department quality objective plan and monitor execution and submit related reports.
· Coordinate and collaborate with all business units to understand business needs and requirements to apply the latest standard operating procedures to measure the company’s performance.
· Achieve quality control operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews, prepare and complete action plans, implement the production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, identify and resolve problems; complete audits, determine system improvements, implement the change.
· Develop quality control plans by conducting hazard analysis; identify critical control points and preventive measures.
· Validate quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes.
· Perform any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education : Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering or any related field
Minimum Experience : 10+ years of experience in a related field
Training and Certifications : Specialized Certificates (ISO, EFQM, SIX SIGMA)
Languages : English, Arabic
