Job Summary
Responsible for finding the most cost-effective deals and suppliers, discover the best ways to minimize procurement expenses so that the company can invest in its growth and people.
Job Duties
Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the supply chain department goals.
Develop profitable purchasing strategies for KCG projects and contracts.
Assess supplier profiles and analyze offers to choose the most suitable offer.
Prepare and implement effective negotiation tactics.
Manage relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery and compliance to terms of contracts.
Perform risk management regarding supply contracts and agreements.
Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
Review supplies to ensure quality, and monitor stock levels.
Prepare and submit detailed reports (revenues, buying expenditures etc.) and Keep updated records.
Attend events, fairs and exhibitions to keep abreast of the market’s trends.
Any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education : Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
Minimum Experience : 2 years of experience in a related field.
Training and Certifications : Any related training .
Languages : English, Arabic.
