Job Summary
Coordinate and supervise all on-site project administrative activities, dealing with suppliers and working on scheduling labor and preparing work schedules for all activities of the project.
Job Duties
Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the department goals.
Provide all administrative work related to the department to ensure proper coordination of meetings, scheduling, data gathering and filing.
Coordinate quality control and safety matters on the site and ensure that the sub-contractor follows the agreed upon quality and safety procedures in coordination with Quality Control and Health & Safety Engineers.
Gather all paperwork related to projects and ensure their proper filing and archiving.
Coordinate the daily site inspections and prepare visits schedule.
Provide solutions and recommendations to unexpected technical difficulties/obstacles in his area of expertise as needed.
Gather data related to monitoring the sub-contractors progress and ensure their conformance with all provisions of contracts, construction activities, correct construction methods, quality and safety standards.
Prepare a written detailed report on daily basis to the Construction Manager and Project Manager that details all the day’s activities including important verbal communications, external visits, employment and equipment check and other related field matters.
Provide guidance and support to all Operations team to ensure effective and efficient flow of work, and ensure all employees achieve their fundamental role.
Follow up and approve quantities when needed.
Manage and communicate labor and driver schedules on daily basis or as instructed.
Coordinate and manage the purchasing of certain materials, as determined by the Construction Manager.
Manage the collection of labor and team overtime data, roasters and HR related data.
Check the quality of the performed jobs on site.
Any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or any related field
Minimum Experience : 2 years of experience in a related field
Training and Certifications : Any field related training
Languages : English, Arabic
