Job Summary
Plan and schedule the project by developing a project master schedule in line with the contract and proposal requirements
Job Duties
Perform the assigned duties based on the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the technical department goals.
Identify the project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks and targets to determine the staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project through the project measurement system. 
Prepare cost estimation and schedule bar chart plan considering all in puts (manpower, equipments and materials) availability, production and construction sequences.
Study and analyze project specifications and other contract documents in order to prepare detailed project work plans.
Utilize lessons learned database to avoid issues and risks encountered in previous similar projects.
Assist in developing the plan for project execution which includes Project Phases and milestones, Labor and the qualifications needed to finalize each project phase, the material needed to finalize each project phase and equipment needed to finalize each project phase
Update the detailed plans in case of change orders approved by the customer in coordination with the Project Manager.
Select the most appropriate techniques and logical sequence of activities to complete project scope.
Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress.
Develop work method of statement or procedure as required.
Attend all meetings such as: schedule review meeting, progress meeting, coordination meeting, constructability review meeting.
Determine appropriate logistics solution in managing resources.
Set up alerts for all important contractual and milestone dates.
Prepare cash flow, charts and histograms on planning projects.
Verify critical path and interfaces between design/ engineering/ procurement / execution.
Monitor progress periodically and compare it with the baseline planning.
Ant other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.
المهارات
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education : Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or industrial Engineering or any related field.
Minimum Experience : 3+ years of experience in a related field.
Training and Certifications : Any related training.
Languages : English, Arabic
