Job Summary
Supervise, plan, monitor and organize all phases of production operations such as manufacturing and assembling component and parts according to the production budget and health and safety regulations.

Job Duties
· Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the project goals.
· Ensure that all materials are sufficient to perform required production tasks.
· Recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
· Monitor all steps of production process to ensure smoothly work flow.
· Schedule and assign tasks to concerned staff.
· Ensure that ongoing activities are done according to the approved methods statements.
· Ensure that all production process adhere to production plans, budget, health and safety policies and procedures.
· Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing concerned employees.
· Supervise on diagnosing, repairing and troubleshooting the cause of problem in the production lines to keep productivity at their peak efficiency.
· Ensure that all production employees follow manuals and schematics in order to adjust, align and repair equipment.
· Maintain records, prepare reports, and compose correspondence relative to the work.
· Inspect and test finished parts and components to ensure compliance of the quality standards, requirements and specifications.
· Reduce the wastage of materials used on the site.
· Conduct periodic inspection visits to maintain safe and clean work environment.
· Perform any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education : Technical Diploma Degree or any related field.
Minimum Experience : 0-2 years of experience.
Training and Certifications : Any related training.
Languages : EnglishArabic.
