Job Summary
Create and control all drawings and specifications for construction based on equations, calculations and written instructions provided by designers and engineers for use during the construction process at job site.
Prepare sketches and shop drawings for fabrication, for mechanical and for piping modification including civil, structural, and electrical, instrument and communication lay out section elevation as per actual measurement.
Job Duties
Implement the assigned duties based on the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the technical department goals.
Add details to architectural plans from their knowledge of building techniques.
Work from rough sketches and specifications created by engineers and architects and Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures for implementation.
Prepare multiple versions of designs for review by engineers and architects.
Design plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CAD) software.
Work under the supervision of engineers or architects.
Draft and prepare layout drawings of the given structures, components and devices.
Produce draft designs and diagrams according to the given specifications.
Assist and coordinate with designers and engineers.
Confer with architects and engineers, to understand the scope and requirements of the projects.
Prepare and revise engineering drawings, shop drawings, details, sections, charts and any similar documents as directed.
Prepare bar schedules and other construction notes and reports.
Prepare bill of materials and cost estimates of simple structure.
Preparing AutoCAD drawings in adherence to international standards.
Accommodate safety procedures and issues in installation and construction drawings.
Any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education : Diploma in Architectural drafting, Architectural design technology or any related field.
Minimum Experience : 3 years of experience in a related field.
Training and Certifications : Technical math, Drafting fundamentals, AutoCAD or any related software.
