Production Support Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
Administrate applications and promote application code from in-house application development teams.

Coordinate with teams and resolve all complex application and system issues.

Supervise all alerts related to application and system procedures and provide services proactively.

Perform root cause assessment and debug all issues in production related to server domain, availability of applications and performance.

Design and develop solutions to fix identified problems.

Assist in support hours of operation and off hour production emergencies.

Prepare appropriate documentation on all issues and solutions.

المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

2+ years of experience of work as a deployment and production support engineer.

Experience in DevOps processes and approaches.

Familiarity with operating systems, backup and database systems.

Good knowledge of scripting and query languages such as SQL and Python.
