الوصف الوظيفي Provides out-patient services when assigned to the clinic on rotational basis as per a schedule developed by the Clinical Services. Duties and Responsibilities: Evaluates patients in the Emergency Room at the request of Emergency Medical Service physici Assists in admission procedures of patients to the in-patient service in general Performs initial work-up and evaluation of patients admitted to the Follow-up patients during the hospital stay and plan the management if these patients under the supervision of the attending Makes daily rounds on the in-patient service and make management decisions under the supervision of the attending specialist and in consultation with the various sub-specialty Demonstrates positive attitude and good communication skills with his colleagues and willingness to collaborate and share new ideas in order to achieve better. Participates in the education of Internal Medicine residents when assigned by the program Makes discharge plans and discharges patients home or to another facility in consultation with attending Dictates Discharge Obtains the assistance of other specialists or various sub-specialists when in need, especially when the patient is facing a life-threatening situati Provides accompany services to patients transferred to other Attends and participates in the monthly staff meeting of the service they work Participates and contributes to all the educational activities of the service. Treats patients and their families with compassion and delivers person centered Provides adequate patient and family education in a clear and simple Participates and contributes to all the Performance Improvement activities of the Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his knowledge, skills and abilities. المهارات Must hold a valid license to practice Professional Skills: Three years residency training in specialty in a recognized training.
