• Prepare standard progress reports for each assigned project
• Confirm project status; identify and report on variations in the schedule in a timely manner
• Coordinate with the project manager and team lead for obtaining the daily status
• Maintain careful documentation of all schedule submittals so that any requests for time adjustments can be measured against the approved schedule in place at the time of impact is claimed and plan on how to communicate the schedule change to the customer
• Interpret performance curve data and forecast productivity; provide manpower information for forecasting

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
المهارات
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Engineering/Business Management
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience actively running a project schedule for large scale projects utilizing Primavera 6 is required
• Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail; ability to recognize discrepancies
• Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Suite and Primavera 6
• PMP certification is an added advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work individually and as a team
• Committed to working safe and getting the job done right the first time
• Ability to travel within KSA if required
