Duties & Responsibilities
1. Prepare plans and schedule for all project delivery in coordination with Product Manager.
2. Plans and Prepare Production Schedule for Manufacturing.
3. Draw up Master Schedule to Establish Sequence and Lead Time of each operation to meet delivery dates
as per customer demands.
4. Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data to determine manufacturing processes, tools,
and human resource requirements.
5. Coordinates & expedites the placement of purchase orders aligning with production plan.
6. Plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation.
7. Schedules, expedites, & coordinates the delivery & movement of critical material, including material
transfers & conditional material releases
8. Plans sequence of fabrication, welding, painting, assembly and erection operations for guidance of
workers.
9. Follow-up with department supervisors to determine status of assigned tasks.
10. Maintain all asset investment plans and ensure compliance to capital expenditure.
11. Ensure accuracy for all operational requirements for projects and achieve all investment objectives.
12. Analyze Production capacity and arrange for all production requirements.
13. Align resources for effective operational efficiency.
14. Provide support to all operations and extension request.
15. Manage all communication and provide efficient feedback for all process.
16. Ensures optimal utilization of all common tools and processes.
17. Recommend appropriate improvements, ensure optimal quality of all projects schedules, and evaluate
reports.
18. Perform regular analysis of all schedule trends.
19. Adhere to safety regulations.
المهارات
Education & Experience Requirements
1. Must possess Bachelor’s Degree in engineering.
2. Professional experience for planning software.
3. Minimum 5 years; experience in Planning.Good communication, English, literate, IT skills
