Jubail Industrial College has opportunities for well-qualified committed individuals to work as Welding Technician in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering Technology Department.
Accepted candidates will be committed to :
Assist in smooth running of welding workshop,

Prepare the workshop prior to practical class,

Sipport the welding course teachers, Diploma project teachers and other ME faculty and provide necessary welding assistance,

Ensure the Machines/equipment are properly maintained,

Ensure that all health and safety procedure are understood and followed correctly,

Perform any other duties given by superiors.

Perform skilled work in welding, brazing, heating and cutting of metal with Electric Arc, Oxy-Fuel, TIG/MIG, Submerged Arc and other welding equipment.

To deliver practical hands-on lab sessions to Associate and Bachelor level students in all the above-mentioned Welding skills.

المهارات
Diploma in Welding or Manufacturing Engineering Technology (MAET) with GPA more than 3 out of 4

Very Good English Communciation (Written and Verbal)

Testing and Certification of welders 3G/6G with AWS Certification welding in accredited certification programs like AWS and/or CSWIP or related disciplines.

Skilled work in welding, brazing, heating and cutting of metal with Electric Arc, Oxy-Fuel, TIG/MIG, Submerged Arc and other welding equipment

Very Good knowledge in basic welding technology as well as operating various machining processes; i.e.: Lathe, Milling and Welding,
