We are a medium size business located
at AlKhobar, Saudi Arabia trading in variety of products. Our clients belong to different industries. Currently,we are seeking a warehouse manager to join our team and manage our warehousing operations. Duties include but not limited to
1- Managing and overseeing the receiving,
handling, storing, picking, packing and dispatching activities within the warehouse, ensuringqualitystandards are met at every turn.
2-Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating,coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
3-Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
4-Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
5-Maintains physical condition of warehouse
6-Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
7-Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Objectives of this Role:
1-Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the
primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals
2-Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage
requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping
3-Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
4-Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
5-Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and
action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met
6-Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
المهارات
1-bachelor’s degree , preferably at logistic/ supply
chain management
2-3+ years’ experience in a warehouse management / supervision
3-Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy
4-Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
5-Strong management skills and personality
6-Excellent knowledge of excel and other office programs
7-The knowledge of a well-known ERP is a credit
