SAP Super User/ SAP Specialist (PP/QM)

A great communicator, learner and multiplier who will play a key role in the SAP Implementation Project for PP/QM modules in the Pharmaceutical/ Biotechnology industry. In addition to being on the front line with users, serve as liaisons between the business and SAP organization. Should be conversant with statutory requirements of FDA (Food and Drug Authority). Should be great in MS Excel and in MS Word documentation.

Knowledge of Serialization and Aggregation shall be a big plus. Affiliation to APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) or with ASCM (Association of Supply Chain Management) will be an added advantage.

• Validate SAP Solution scope
• Confirm business processes
• Gather process documentation
• Prepare and Submit As-Is business processes as per Computer System Validation standards
• Confirm that the demonstrated business scenarios meet the business requirements
• Validate To-Be processes proposed
• Participate and make decisions in Gap analysis workshop
• Approve custom development objects
• Support Functional consultants in performing Functional testing by providing on-time clarifications and feedbacks
• Provide approval on Business Blue Print, User Acceptance Testing and Go-Live
• Verify data migration plan
• Collect and Submits Master data, Cut-over data and Authorization matrix as per the templates circulated
• Provide correct and on-time data as well as requirements for FRICEW object developments such as Formats, Logos, Designs, Sample scenario data, process flow
• Actively participate in Super User Training
• Perform User Acceptance Testing
• Conduct key user Training
• Create cutover schedule and templates
• Collect, cleanse and finalize cutover data
• Develop and execute transition plan for all the impacted roles in organization
• Conduct end user training
• Execute tasks as per cutover schedule
• Establish helpdesk to support end users
• Participate in all project level meetings
