Control system Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
Prepare and design FEED engineering deliverables for Control System (including DCS, SIS, Fire and Gas detection system, Machine monitoring system, Alarm management system, Burner Management System, PLC etc.)
• Ensure safe and reliable control system design in line with project requirement.
• Provide support to project team during different project phases.
• Mentor junior engineers.

المهارات
T“• Good experience in control system design in different phases of Project engineering e.g. PDP, FEED, detail engineering.
• Demonstrate good knowledge of industry standards, national and International Standards, codes and regulations e.g. API, IEC, ISA, NFPA, PIP, ASME, ANSI, etc.
• Hand on experience of SmartPlant Instrument (Intools) software.
• Knowledge and hands on experience of different manufacturers control system.
• Good knowledge and experience of control system in plants.
• Knowledge of document flow at various stage of project.
• Good communication, leadership qualities and organizational skills.
• Awareness of Petrochemical safety familiar with HAZOP/SIL procedures.
• Knowledge of PC software packages related to design engineering.
• Familiar with latest ISO 9000 requirements.
• Experience in cost management practices including BOQ estimation and cost estimates of project.
• Accomplish technical work with significant level of evaluative judgments.”
