We are looking for Ecommerce Fulfillment Centers Manager with strong multitasking and organizational skills to handle the roles that come with orders fulfilments.
Must ensure ecommerce platform’s orders are received, fulfilled and delivered, properly manage the delivery partners and couriers.
Good knowledge and practicing different technologies like ERP, WMS, order processing software, and e-commerce. Solid interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with all stakeholders’
Manage multi locations fulfilment centers to meet same day e-commerce delivery.
Manage Semi automated facilities to enable speed and accuracy of fulfilment.
Manage high velocity throughput to maximize efficiency, driven by digital solutions – volumes of up to 10,000 items perday.
Lead the execution of customer orders to ensure all the ordered products are picked, packaged, correctly labeled with the customer’s shipping address and shipped with correct courier.
Job Responsibilities:
1- Ensure the day-to-day functionality of the fulfillment operations are carried out by fulfilments centers managers. .
2- Develop plans, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deliver to tight deadlines.
3- Understanding of E-commerce fulfilment process with cost effective business solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
4- Experience of E-commerce merchandising best practice, order processing, and inventory management.
5- Develop development plans for associates to perform job duties safely and effectively.
6- Identify and develop process improvement initiatives to continuously improve the operations.
7- Promote safety awareness and accountability through ongoing associate education and training; role model safe work practices; identify and proactively address potential safety hazards.
8- Perform Business planning activities including both short term and long term profit forecasting and budgeting.
9- Actively Participate & Recommend all advertising & promotion budgets and ensures that spending is in line with approved annual budgets.
10- Prepare and report Financial and KPI’s figures to Top Management.
11- Familiar with fulfillment centers layout and design.

Experience in a fast paced sales environment driving performance to reach targets with a focus on conversion
Significant experience in servicing customer queries in both an online & offline environment
High standard of written and spoken English
Basic Qualifications
Working in mega warehousing and distribution centers. (5+ years)
E-commerce and fulfilment centers and last mile delivery.(2-3 years)
Working in Transportation and 3PL. (2-3 years)
Speaks proficiently [English, Arabic] and reports using technical and business language.
