We are looking for a technical leader, someone that can tie technology and business to drive business goals, operational excellence and technology across the MLCGo organizations. The candidate we are looking for is a critical thinker, a real owner, and a problem solver that uses technology to innovate and design solutions in the e-commerce, warehousing, manned and unmanned operations. This technical leader has grown over the years to manage complex project set, align organizational resources, and break barriers and get things done!
Our approach is pragmatic therefore this leader is hands on technical and operationally savvy professional focused on recognizing the desired customer experience whether internal or external, operational quality and performance while managing internal or external technical and operational stakeholders across different organizations, enterprises and startups.
Job Responsibilities:
Interface with business leaders to craft and design technical roadmaps to achieve the business goals for revenue, cost and most importantly customer retention and acquisition
Manage stakeholders across different organizations and drive the strategy forward
Own large scale and business critical portfolio of technical deliverables while growing directly or indirectly the organizational efficiency, teams and skillset
Communicate, evangelize, the vision and use an objective approach to measure results and performance of the proposed solutions
Manage software vendors and engineers, hardware suppliers, and internal IT and Software engineering teams to maximize the program value to the stakeholders
Uphold the highest level of professionalism and communications while raising awareness regarding issues, escalations, or when deploying mitigation strategies to avoid system and business failures across teams, organizations, vendors and suppliers.
Figure out strategy or tactics needed to serve the business goals in the long and short term
Manage pressure and conflicting priorities while delivering results to meet the stated business goals

المهارات
Basic Qualifications

5+ years: Interacted and clearly communicated with all levels within a mid to large size, technical and non-technical stakeholders, team members, and vendors

5+ years: Developed software or worked in IT solving complex problems at large scale

5+ years: Worked in a program management organization and led complex programs to success from the ground up

Speaks proficiently [English, Arabic] and reports using technical and business language

Bachelor’s degree or higher

A plus: prior startup working experience, e-commerce and last mile technical program management, and a business degree
