Sr.Planning Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
Maintain the scope of work, procedures and schedulesare adhered to achieve project objectives aligned withthe Client needs and KCC abilities.
Controls, monitoring and reviewing projects progresswith all concerned departments in head office and on-sites for all kind of activities that are related to the projectplanning to submit reports on time as per ReportFrequency List.
Assess the Contractor project program to Ensure that itwas acceptable with resource, cost loading and properlyupdates it on regular basis.
Compeer the project progress against the masterschedule and the Contractor’s Construction Program toanalyze any areas in delay (or ahead of the schedule)and report to the project team thereon.
Raise early warnings of potential risks to project deliveryin order to identify solutions therefore, in conjunction withthe Project Team; recognizing programmed activities asnecessary to mitigate any time, disruption or cost impactand to expedite the work to finish the project on time.
Evaluate, in conjunction with the Engineer, theContractor’s monthly progress report and application forpayment and arrange for any necessary adjustmentsthereto.
Monitor construction progress on- site and assist theProject Team in the preparation of recovery action plansto address the delays and keep the project on the righttrack.

Familiar with all the PlanningEngineering Methodologies as well asthe corresponding equipment,materials, consumables, tools andmanpower allocations related toPlanning Scope of Works for buildingprojects.Knowledge on Primavera P6 oradvance version, SPS, Mini- Tab.Other related software in PlanningWorks. Fluent in EnglishMS Office, Working knowledge of thefundamental requirements ofPlanning Engineering and the BasicRequirements of other Engineeringfields.
