Define the approved work schedule with the planning engineer &P;.M to get the required progress, and Follow up of material approval

Coordinate with the Technical office to get the required shop
drawing/ as-built drawings for that period.

Providing a monthly schedule to the group to finish work assigned on time without any delay.

Analyze of heavy machinery & equipment’s report to ensure that working hours of the equipment matching with the operation plan.

Providing, supporting the resources for the group to complete their schedule for the month.

Coordination meeting between Project managers, with Technical office manager of the project to ensure that working on site matching with the planning.

Monitoring & controlling of wastage material to reduce the cost.

Check the invoices of subcontractor & supplier to ensure that cost of invoices is correct.

In construction site & management site.
8 years + 2 Y as CM.
Education B.Sc.Civil Engineer or related field
Time management skills and work under pressure
A datable, willing to learn new skills
Can teach & lead the new Engineers Fluency in English speaking and writing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to make decisions and solve problems.

Good knowledge of financial
Awareness.
Technically competent with various software programs, such as primavera, AutoCAD, MS
Deep understanding for international
& local code standards. Reporting skills.
