Plan daily activities, arrange spare parts, maximize utilization of resources to ensure higher availability of plant at lower maintenance costs
• Plan daily activities to ensure trouble free continuous operation of the plant.
• Plan shut down and repairs in coordination with other maintenance sections, production department to ensure minimum down time of the plant.
• Maintain and update equipment history, repairs, and modifications to ensure retaining of critical information for further use.
• Initiate and expedite on material purchase requisition with procurement department to ensure timely availability of material.
• adhere to annual Maintenance KPIs and ensure achievement of targets.
• Maintain systemic record of plant maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality & environmental management policies, procedures & controls across the department.
المهارات
• Diploma Holder in relative discipline
• Five Years experience in plant Maintenance
