The successful candidate will be responsible with:
To manage the Enterprise Architecture function leading to optimized and cost efficient systems which are aligned with business strategies, objectives, and goals. Also, the Head of Enterprise Architecture significantly contributes to the establishment and update of the overall bank IT strategies and direction.Directs the day-to-day operations of the Enterprise Architecture department, providing expertise, encouraging and ensuring teamwork, aligning work processes in order to achieve high performance standards, meet established targets, objectives and employee engagement in a motivated work environment and liaising with internal and external parties as necessary to facilitate the flow of business. Exercises financial authority within established limits and controls departmental budget expenditure.Assists in preparing bid packages, evaluating technical proposals, negotiating with suppliers/contractors if assigned and recommends contract awards.Manages, prepares and negotiates sourcing contracts

The successful candidate will possess the following skill sets:
University degree in Computer Science or Information Systems15 years progressive experience including at least 3-5 years in banking Enterprise ArchitectureExperience in implementation and running of enterprise architecture frameworkProject and people management skills demonstrated through at least 5 years’ experience in managing an IT function in development.Managed large implementation of systems undergoing the full development lifecycleStrong IT background with experience in the following areasPractices at least one development language and RDBMS as developer and managerSound knowledge of system enterprise architectureManaged deliveries as technical team leader and / or project managerGood knowledge of English
