Manages all elements of the store operation both back and front of house, and has day to day accountability for all store processes and procedures being implemented. Accountable for all elements of cash management and inventory control and the handling all the H.R issues for the employees inside the store, Manage and control the customer service dept. to achieve Customer satisfaction.Maintain standard with high sense of urgency, high energy level, attention to details and philosophy of hands-on management, constantly demonstrate our company culture of “C.C.A.R.E” by treating employees as individuals with dignity and respect.
المهارات
Read Write and communicate using English language.• Basic mathematical skills including some knowledge of weights and measures.• Ability to understand and respond to basic customer and employee inquires and communicate responses that understandable by customer and employee. • Knowledge of company’s mission, vision, goals and the role of Operation Manager to achieve them.
• Knowledge of products.
• Managerial knowledge / experience required.
