Manage the retail sales department in an assigned branch. Ensure the sales teams adhere to the company processes, mission, vision and values by monitoring the application of standard operating procedures. Responsible for the achievement of the specific portfolio goals by directing the sales team to achieve targets as required by the management. Responsible to monitor the processes of the sales team and all Nissan Corporate identity standards are met and achieve a high standard of CSI.
