الوصف الوظيفي
• Coordinates all site construction activities and supervises all field personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget
• Reports directly to the Construction Manager
• Responsible for the progress of the project, and for reporting back to the Construction Manager
• Promotes job site safety, encourages safe work practices and rectifies job site hazards immediately
• Assists the Construction Manager in all operational activities on site
• Organizes workers on site, monitors their performance and ensures compliance with set policies and standards
• Monitors the equipment on site, and ensures that all teams are performing their jobs and that all foremen are performing their duties and commitments
• Monitors all logistics (water, transportation, etc.) for all disciplines, tools, etc.
• Coordinates with the Project Engineers to ensure that the works are executed as per the drawings and technical requirements
• Reports material and tools requirements on site, and follows up in case of any shortage
• Coordinates operationally between subcontractors
• Acts as the main coordinator between the site management, engineering, and supervisory staff
• Ensures the Project Manager is promptly provided with any relevant documentation received from either the client or authorities
• Maintains an organized job site, including the construction offices
• Performs other tasks as delegated by the Construction Manager• Provides support for the professional development (including training) of direct reports
المهارات
• Diploma in a related field
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communications, organization / project management skills, and a proven ability to motivate and manage teams
• Minimum 13 years experience in a comparable sized operation to ESEC
• Good knowledge of constructions sequences and methods
• Experience in the Middle East is a strong plus
• Excellent numerical and IT skills• Good knowledge of English and preferably Arabic language
