• Bachelors/Diploma in Computer related subject
• Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and their equipment
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT support role.
• Knowledge of ITIL Process
• Knowledge and experience of customer service practices
• Hardware/software related experience and training
• Excellent spoken & written communication skills
• Understanding of Local culture, language etc
