Project Manager

Job Description:

The Company:
Our client is a main contractor, specializing in high end projects such as luxury villas and palaces. They are currently seeking a Project Manager to be based in Riyadh.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Manage the relationship with the client and stakeholders
Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope and within budget
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Report and escalate to management as needed

Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree, Civil Engineering
Minimum 12+ years experience
Must have worked with a main contractor (not from a subcontractor)
Requires experience in managing site works from initial stages to handing over
Must have worked on high-end projects (luxury villas/palaces)
Must have hands on experience doing site work
