The successful candidate will be responsible with:
Lead, plan and direct the design and implementation of delivery support and assurance of Company’s IT strategies in accordance with corporate/group and strategic objectives and business requirements to ensure technological innovation, growth and improved customer experience whilst continuously striving to improve the organization’s IT efficiency, cost optimization and ensure operational excellence.Develop and maintain effective business relationships with all relevant internal departments and external entities such as vendors, government institutions etc with highest standards of business ethics, whilst promptly attending to all critical issues to ensure the services required by the organization are delivered in the most effective manner.

The successful candidate will possess the following skill sets:
University degree in IT or related discipline15+ years of relevant experience including at least 5-7 years progressive managerial experienceArabic and English fluency (both verbal and written)Expertise in trending and best fitting ERP, BI and CX solutions.Strong business and industry knowledge.In-depth knowledge in the development and implementation of IT governance framework, IT strategy and planning, organization design and implementation, Information assurance, business process re-engineering, business continuity planning, portfolio management, Agility, service level management, IT operations service delivery, IT PMO, critical incident management, quality assurance, performance management and vendor relationship management
