Job Summary:
The Quality Process Engineer is responsible for establishing the processes, planning and documenting activities within the Implementation Support Center; the supportive tools have to be evaluated and incorporated into the workflow of the Implementation Support Center as well as in the overall process. This includes the Site Acceptance Tests (Test Plan, Test Procedures, and Test Cases), the implementation tool and the support of the Supply Chain processes to ensure a smooth collaboration of the project departments.
He will serve also as the focal point to ensure that the implemented deliverables are handed over to the customer according to the contractual obligations.
Strong experience in:
Process design, process modeling design, process analysis, process improvement, process mapping and project management.
Supply Chain Management, IT or High Tech field
Six Sigma lean process / Any other process improvement initiative
Awareness about PMI standard and System Engineering Methodology
Global security systems/ systems deployed in harsh environmental conditions
Multi-site projects

Responsibilities
Drafting & creating process using Quality tools & techniques
Prepare, design, establish and elaborate implementation processes for installation, commissioning, integration, acceptance and handover.
Plan and conduct activities related to the development of new processes.
Evaluating process cost, quality, and capability alternatives.
Performing process characterization and optimization using designed experiments and problem solving and decision making tools.
Document the processes for the Implementation Support Center in accordance with QA requirements.
Determine quality improvement parameters to reduce cost and time.
Create and maintain process maps; review processes, identify gaps, provide innovative solutions and influence process improvements.
Analyze data by completing hypothesis, normal distribution, and process capability analysis tests.
Review, update and adapt the processes with all divisions and related internal and external departments of the project
Processing of administrative relevant Acceptance Test items (announcement of Acceptance Test to customer, etc.) until the issuance of the Acceptance Certificate from customer
Clarify and Coordinate the interfaces with other internal and external partners.
Plan, prepare, and submit deliverables to customer.
Education
Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or in related field
