Responsibilities:
Contract Administrator for a fast track Treated Water Transmission Pipelines project in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia
Education and qualification:
M.Sc. Civil Eng. (7 years) Or B.Sc. Civil Eng. (12 years)
7 years of experience for Master Degree holding.
12 years of experience for Bachelor Degree holding.
At least 5 years of experience in Contract Administration of similar projects.
At least 5 years of experience as Contract Administrator Engr.
International or KSA experience in the design and construction of water projects, especially on Transmission pipelines of different pipe materials and water reservoirs on fast-track.
FIDIC Management Experience of 5 years in similar projects. Awareness of KSA regulations & law is a plus.
Capable of assisting and give interpretations to PMO Manager in all the contractual aspects among the
Excellent in English (Read & Write).
Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Primavera P6 or MS Project, etc.).
