Helpdesk - BMS Operator الوصف الوظيفي -Candidates should be experienced in Facilities Management. -Experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery shall not be considered. -Experience in Multi-National companies & multi-cultural environment preferred. -Location Yanbu Scope of Work To act as the first point of contact. This involves operating and maintaining a call center. To sure a professional, effective and customer focused interaction with all internal and external customers. - Ensuring a prompt, accurate and courteous response to customers requests received either telephonically or electronically. - Provide required information to customer enquiry - Receive accurate data input when logging and updating a task into Help Desk System. - Receive and escalate customer complaint - Conduct customer survey - Escalate complaints as and when needed - Provide a seamless service and process between the help desk system and individual operations - Provide accurate and up to date information to end users. - Monitor, control and maintain the operations of the Desigo Insight Building Management System (BMS) at the Central station and proactively provide intervention to diagnosis, probable faults and interruptions to service. - Operate the Desigo Insight BMS for proper function and monitors against approved benchmarks to include; HVAC, Lighting, Fire Alarm and Electrical. - Monitors and verifies operation of all BMS field devices. - Adjusts BMS settings and parameters to meet changing conditions, i.e., Load, Environmental, Customer needs, etc. - Performs routine checks and upgrades software as provided by the Manufacturer to ensure optimal functioning of the BMS system. - Participate in the testing & commissioning, handover and implementation of the BMS system in accordance with compliance and requirements. Identify any snags, defects and generate a report on the corrective measures. - Generates reports, trend-logs and alarms history. - Carry out other duties as directed by the line management. Competencies - Excellent Communication skills (written and oral) in English and Arabic. - Ability to work under pressure and without supervision - Computer Literate - Good decision making skills - Able to work in shifts (24/7 operation) - Accuracy and attention to detail - Customer focused.
