Foreman - Fire Alarm الوصف الوظيفي -Candidates should be experienced in Facilities Management. -Experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery shall not be considered. -Experience in Multi-National companies & multi-cultural environment preferred. -Location Yanbu Scope of Work CR&TPS;Maintenance Division is responsible in maintaining KAUST asset and ensures to extend the life of these assets by conducting scheduled services such as Asset Status Monitoring, Inspection Services, Third Party Supervision Services, Predictive Maintenance Services, Manufacturer Authorized Maintenance Services, Preventive Maintenance Services and Reactive Maintenance Services. Job Summary: Supervises Fire Alarm subordinates in performing advanced PM tasks, troubleshooting, repairing and overhauling Fire Alarm equipment and systems. Schedules and follow up work, and implements the quality management system. Key Accountabilities: - Schedules, follow up, implement MMS and quality management systems. - Supervises, analyses, evaluates, and reports Fire Alarm equipment and systems performance. - Troubleshoot, diagnoses, repairs and overhauls Fire Alarm equipment. - Inspect closed work orders to verify work proper completion - Performs and supervises advanced Fire Alarm PM task. - Handles clients complaints / requests. - Coordinates and follows up new Fire Alarm equipment/systems installation and commissioning. - Guides his subordinates in developing their competencies. - Handles Fire Alarm spare parts and materials planning. - Performs other related duties as assigned. - Supervises from six to fourteen subordinates Competencies - Ability to supervise, guide and coordinate - Thorough knowledge on Fire Alarms - Ability to read technical drawings, and to know commissioning procedures - Ability to read, write and communicate in English - Ability to effectively organize, delegate and coordinate work - Effective communication skills Qualifications - Diploma in related field Experience - Minimum of 8 years of relevant hands on maintenance experience on Fire Alarms Additional Requirement - Have experienced working in a multi cultural environment - Have experienced working in a prominent organization http://www.monstergulf.com/job-vacancy-foreman-fire-alarm-jal-human-resources-company-riyadh-yanbu-8-18-years-21186468.html?sig=js-2—1&from;=𝔯=refine;loc=182;lmy=saudi,arabia;day=365;srt=pst;ref=http://jobsearch.monstergulf.com/search.html;show_omit=1;res_cnt=40&hlWords;= |
