Supervisor - Workshop (SOL) الوصف الوظيفي -These requirements are open to only for USA, Canada, UK, South Africa Nationality. -Candidates should be experienced in Facilities Management. -Experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery shall not be considered. -Experience in Multi-National companies & multi-cultural environment preferred. -Location Yanbu Scope of Work CR&TPS;Maintenance Division is responsible in maintaining KAUST asset and ensures to extend the life of these assets by conducting scheduled services such as Asset Status Monitoring, Inspection Services, Third Party Supervision Services, Predictive Maintenance Services, Manufacturer Authorized Maintenance Services, Preventive Maintenance Services and Reactive Maintenance Services. Job Summary: Supervises manpower, plans, follow ups, coordinates works and ensures implementation of quality management system. Key Accountabilities: - Supervises and evaluates manpower. - Plans, follows up, and ensures implementation of MMS and quality management system. - Evaluates equipment and systems performance and takes necessary actions. - Conducts general inspections to insure quality and sites readiness - Analyses performance and produces reports to his superiors. - Plans repairs, overhauls of equipment and systems. - Supports subordinates in developing their competencies. - Manages spare parts and consumable materials. - Ensure client complaints are resolved properly. - Coordinates and follows up new equipment installation and commissioning - Performs other job related duties - Supervise three to seven foremen.
