Scope of Work
CR&TPS;Maintenance Division is responsible in maintaining KAUST asset and ensures to extend the life of these assets by conducting scheduled services such as Asset Status Monitoring, Inspection Services, Third Party Supervision Services, Predictive Maintenance Services, Manufacturer Authorized Maintenance Services, Preventive Maintenance Services and Reactive Maintenance Services.

Job Summary:

Supervises Low Current manpower, plans, follow ups, coordinates works and ensures implementation of quality management system.

Key Accountabilities:

-Supervises and evaluates Low Current manpower.

-Plans, follows up, and ensures implementation of MMS and quality management system.

-Evaluates Low Current equipment and systems performance and takes necessary actions.

-Conducts general inspections to insure quality and sites readiness

-Analyses performance and produces reports to his superiors.

-Plans repairs, overhauls of Low Current equipment and systems.

-Supports subordinates in developing their competencies.

-Manages Low Current spare parts and consumable materials.

-Ensure client complaints are resolved properly.

-Coordinates and follows up new Low Current equipment installation and commissioning

-Performs other job related duties

-Supervise three to seven Low Current foremen.

-Ability to supervise, guide and coordinate

-Thorough knowledge on Low Current

-Understand and can resolve technical issues

-Ability to effectively organize, delegate and coordinate work

-Effective communication skills

-Ability to read technical drawings, and to know commissioning procedures

-Ability to read, write and communicate in English

Qualifications -Bachelors of Engineering in related field

Experience -Minimum of 10 years hands on maintenance experience in Low Current

-Have experienced working in a prominent organization
