Retails Coordinator الوصف الوظيفي -These requirements are open to only for USA, Canada, UK, South Africa Nationality. -Candidates should be experienced in Facilities Management. -Experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery shall not be considered. -Experience in Multi-National companies & multi-cultural environment preferred. -Location Yanbu Scope of Work: Retail Coordinator assists in managing the day-to-day operations of retail operation to insure timely updated records in the (CRM) and rent collections preparation of Lease Agreements. -Keeping up-to-date Tenants record -Preparing invoice request for due rent and other charges -Timely follow-up on due rent/charges with tenants to insure prompt payments -Liaison with all KAUST department to insure smooth operation of retailers and services -Preparation of Lease Agreement -Makes recommendations on cost containment based on operational studies. -Assistance to the assigned Division in improving administration, performance effectiveness and efficient and reliable service. -Initiates required reports/documents on operational activities and ensure daily check and verification of operational issues in coordination with services providers for review and further handling by management team. -Directly responsible about Laundry Services by tracking reports customer satisfaction and respond to customer complaints -Develop policy and procedure for related business and conduct periodic review and revision -Report to the Division Head on problems encountered or status of work. -Provide materials and other logistic support and planning to resolve problems. -Frequently meet with service providers and KAUST departments to exchange information and resolve problems related to laundry services. -Maintain accountability controls and practices and evaluate the performance of the service to take necessary actions to assure compliance with approved standards and prompt efficient and cost effective services to customers. -Ensure KAUST safety policy and procedures are compliance. -Conduct periodic survey of services provided to the community to assure high quality services delivered to customers and customers satisfaction. -Other duties that may be assigned by Concession and Food Services Manager Competencies Technical Skills -Must have demonstrated a capacity for understanding the technical aspects of retail management. Non-Technical Skills or Attributes -Good command of oral and written English. -Customer focused, Critical thinking capability -Interpersonal/Group Skills: Strong interpersonal and social skills, with focus on customer service; -Ownership/Accountability/Dependability: Sense of accuracy and the ability to determine actions to get the job done Qualifications: -Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Engineering-related discipline.
