System Administrator الوصف الوظيفي Provides support to existing systems: analyzing problems, devising ways to resolve problems and coordinating and testing fixes with the IT department Conduct a periodic review for all FM systems and recommend areas for improvements Guide the FM users on how to access/use KAUST systems such as SAP Portal/ SAP PM/ SAP FI/ SharePoint/ Visitor Management System etc Provide training as needed for FM users/ FM service provider users in different systems such as SharePoint/ FM website/ service provider system/ project server system Make recommendations for enhancements and modifications to improve system performance, efficiency, internal business process, and reporting. Manage IT projects lifecycle within FM services; o Work with the IT team and FM stakeholders to define the Scope of work o Ensure the Scope of work is implemented o Lead the user acceptance testing o Lead and plan the training sessions o Manage the project and escalate the issues if needed o Work towards project objectives o Complete the assigned work from Manager within the Project Inventories and provide analysis of all FM IT assets this includes but not limited to laptops/desktops/ mobile phones/ landlines etc. Coordinate with IT departments any change request/new enhancement in all FM systems and ensure the changes is implemented Document and map the processes using different tools such as Visio. Conduct User acceptance Testing for any new functionality in the system To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles. Complete the assigned work from the Manager. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English Able to maintain & manage communication links with a variety of stakeholders Able to work independently to get results in an effective way.
