Senior Sales Engineer الوصف الوظيفي Job Identity Job Title Reporting to Department Senior Sales Engineer Area Sales Manager Sales & Business Development Job Purpose To generate enquiries, quote to customers, organize business visits, secure orders and achieve sales target Job Relations Internal All Departments External Clients Principal Accountabilities Strategic . Generate enquires and quote to customers . Achieve sales target and maintain good margin . Look after customer satisfaction and improve EBS image . Build network and get new leads for Sales & Business Development manager to take up . Sign standard EBS contract agreement with customers within authorized discount and approved payment and delivery period. Otherwise secure Sales & Business Development Managers approval . To get support as and when required from other company departments to ensure success of their mission Operational . Visit consultants and pre-qualify EBS products . Negotiate and sign standard EBS contract agreement with customers . Monitor sales performance of engineers on a daily basis . Ensure sales targets are achieved and raise alarm if there are any unavoidable circumstances . Keep updated regarding the pricing of projects and market conditions . Identify potential markets which EBS can target . Study tenders drawings and specifications . Review work of sales support engineer, QRF, quotation, job data entry set . Forward job data entry set to customer service with copy to finance and sales manager . Follow-up on payments from customers . Participate in trade exhibitions . Coordinate work between various departments and mainly with customer service and finance . Submit to Sales & business development Manager weekly and monthly reports . Develop and assist certified builders People . Responsible for performance appraisal for Sales Engineers . Development of Sales team in that region Minimum Requirements Education & Experience . Engineering degree in civil or mechanical preferably in structural design . 5-6 years in steel structures sales Special knowledge/ Skills: .
