(( Legal and Compliance Officer ))
-- Graduated from Faculty Of Law.
-- Experience ( 5 - 10 ) years.
-- Fluent English.
-- Preferably experience in contracting companies in the Middle East
-- Provide legal advice and opinion on all issues arising out of company’s operations and dealings.
-- Develop and implement the company’s compliance policies, procedures and standards.
-- Prepares and/or reviews all contracts and agreements being entered to the company and ensures that the company is adequately protected from foreseeable risks.
