- Minimum years 10 of Experience
• Implementation of the Project Quality Plan.
• Ensuring that the company’s Quality System is applied and effective.
• Liaise and attend meetings with the QAC/QAM and or Company Representative.
• Arrange and coordinate internal audits.
• Report any non-conformance to QAC.
• Organising testing and submission of test documentation as specified.
• Liaise and assist Engineers and Supervisors in the QA document presentation, verification and reporting of construction tasks to ensure compliance.
• Close of Corrective Actions and implement actions of preventive measure.

- Minimum years 5 of Experience
• Participate in the preparation of cases pre-qualification and monitoring process
• Prepare and file the contract tenders relating to one of the EPC Contracts Package size according to the rules and procedures of the Group and the Algerian regulations
• Coordinate, in collaboration with SAFARI -Contracts Manager and Managers Package, processes tender, participate in the tender evaluation process and meetings and clarifications
• Ensure the proper implementation and enforcement of the bidding process agreed between the Partners Group offers
• Ensure the reporting of activity EPC contract area in SAFARI Contracts
• Assist the Technical Area team during the implementation phase of the contractual / commercial aspects.
• Ensure clear and complete archive of contract documents and related information (communications ...) prepare reports of meetings as required
• Ensure, in the activity of the entity, respect charters and Code of Conduct Group
• If necessary, participate in dispute resolution in coordination with technical, legal specialists, insurance and finance.

1. Civil / Structural Engineer’s will assure that our deliverables, and those of the contractors and subcontractors, meet with the programs’ specifications and standards.

3. Attention to details and ability to work with various stakeholders will be required.

2. Performs a variety of assignments such as conducting architectural studies, developing design concepts and design criteria, and preparing related reports.
3. Reviews CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by Architectural Designers. Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
4. Provides technical consultations for interdisciplinary analytical studies and analyses.
5. Writes construction specifications and prepares detailed requisitions for equipment and materials.
6. Interfaces with suppliers as required.
7. Reviews supplier drawings and samples, and performs technical bid analyses.
8. Coordinates work with engineering and construction units at project site. Reviews, approves, and issues detailed design and construction drawings and specifications prepared by others.
9. Provides the seal and signature of a professional architect when required by statute or contract.
10. Provides technical guidance to lower-level Architects and Architectural Designer/Drafters working on the same project.
11. Keeps abreast of current technologies via technical subscriptions and attendance at conferences.

• Submit and obtain approvals from relevant authorities Prepare regular Progress Reports and submit to the Project Manager.
• Attend scheduled meetings as advised by the Project Manager with other parties i.e Client, Consultant, Main Contractor, Authorities etc.
• Plan, prepare and document Testing and Commissioning Plans and supervise all related commissioning activities.
• Rectify and complete Snags prior to Final Handover.
• Responsible for mentoring, guiding and evaluating Site Engineers, Foremen and Supervisory staff.
• Responsible for, in co-ordination with the Site Engineers, Supervisors and Foreman, work allocation and execution on a daily basis.
• Review and monitor monthly labor performance and utilization against the planned targets.
