JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
o Responsible for implementation of strategic supply agreements with suppliers for the whole physical year.
o Responsible for stock management and the applicable reporting “oracle ERP”
o Analyze ERP and/or action messages for procurement of supply chain requirements with the focus being short to medium term (1 to 4 month forecast).
o Responsible for order placement and verification of delivery with suppliers over a rolling 12 month period.
o Ensured that all purchasing and procurement activities are performed in compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies and procedures.
o Interaction with various sales LOBs and perform daily communication for better understanding of our market status.
o Analyze the Forecast by item and optimize it to get the better forecast accuracy. Build sophistication in the Demand planning methods.
o Monitor the aging report and notify sales heads.
o Developed report templates to standardize any new procedure or developed one.
o Manage distribution and warehouse functions for a centralized distribution center.
o Statistical forecast Vs. Judgmental forecasts
• SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree required (preferable to be in industrial engineering)
Oracle ERP experience required
Prior planning experience in a FSG environment (if applicable)
Fluent in English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
