Required for a total of ( Othman in Saudi Arabia ) the following functions
1 - HR Compensation specialist
Develop and maintain the strategies, processes and framework necessary to deliver a robust and an effective compensation and benefits system that maximizes Individual and Company’s ( NADA) performance ; attracts, develops and retains the talent required to achieve organizational objective, grow volume and market share.
• Lead the implementation and management of Compensation and Benefits (C&B;) Programs for NADA to ensure that employees receive fair and equitable treatment under the compensation programs.
• Effective administration of ERP system
• Will be responsible to set up the C & B function for the Company.
Minimum: Graduate – preferably MBA with 10 years in HR of which at least 3 years in a management role in Compensation & Benef

2 - quality control floor inspector
Conducts attribute analyses on finished products during filling at set frequencies in UHT and Fresh departments.
Ensures HACCP Critical Control Points are displayed in the correct areas.
Ensures HACCP Critical Control Points checks are active and acted upon.
Monitors the maintenance of cold chain during the production process.
Audits packaging integrity tests conducted by the line operators in UHT and Fresh.
Audits finished product weight checks conducted by line operators in UHT and Fresh departments.
Conducts daily sanitation, hygiene and housekeeping inspections in the Production Departments.
Spot checks the mixing procedures.
Follow-up on Corrective Actions implemented by Production Department.
Investigate production process deviations and follow-up.
Coordinate the control of non-conforming product.
Reports process deviations to the Quality Control Section Head.
Conducts the calibration of identified process control equipment (e.g. scales & balances, etc.).
*Minimum 2 years experience in a related field with Tertiary Degree/Diploma in Food/Dairy Sciences

4 - sales supervisor
Responsible and accountable for supervising a team of up to eight salesmen, ensuring the correct service levels, distribution and display of company products to an agreed customer base.
Accountable for ordering the correct volume and mix of product to service the outlets under his supervision to the agreed company standards. Responsible and accountable for wastage control for all routes and outlets under his supervision.
2 to 4 years expereince in Supervisory level within Dairy and/or Juices Industry.

5 - area manager
The Area Manager should have a Daily Route Plan which would be based upon the previous days visit cards of the Sales Supervisors under his control.
He should have route cards, visit cards and call cycles of Salesmen and Sales Supervisors under his control.
Should be aware of which product is represented in each category per outlet.
Should be aware of the present and past Sales Figures in all Categories and the expiry per outlet.
Deliver total Budgeted Area Sales and Expiry Volume.
Have a detailed list of Merchandisers, their outlets, call cycles and allotted vehicles.
Be aware of the agreed upon product range that should be available in each outlet.
Be aware of the agreed upon space parameters in each outlet.
Ensure that the designated layouts are followed and always ensure that the product is priced or has the correct P.I. Label according to the specifications of the outlet concerned.
The Area Manager should be aware of both Nada advertised lines as well as any opposition advertising activity.
He should be aware of the agreed upon advertising space parameters which would include Gondola Ends, Side Stacks, and Bulk Displays etc.6 to 8 years expereince in managerial level within Dairy and/or Juices Industry.
