Overview:

Test, calibrate, install, repair, and inspect monitoring equipment. Perform general maintenance on the equipment and recording equipment.

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and calibrate, Perform various duties associated with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrading, and calibration of pneumatic and electronics instrumentation.
Traces out and tests electronic solid state and vacuum tube circuitry and components to locate defective parts in analogy and digital, protection, or radiation monitoring systems, using test equipment, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
Removes defective instruments from system, decontaminates, disassembles, and cleans instruments, and replaces defective parts, using hand tools.
Reassembles instruments and replaces instruments.
Lubricates instruments and replaces defective wiring and tubing.
Calibrates readings on instruments according to standards and adjusts phasing and aligns stages to ensure accuracy of recording and indicating function.
Execute work orders & coordinating the daily activities like power read.
Set up equipment, provides line support and perform corrective maintenance.
Ensuring adherence to all applicable safety policies and procedures.
Study all instrumentation drawings for the existing equipment to improve technical skills
المهارات
Qualification;

Instrument / Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Diploma with 1 - 3 Years of previous experience.
Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and repair skills for a wide variety of electrical equipment, instruments, and controls.
Fair English Languages skills
Basic Troubleshooting
Interpersonal Skills
Trouble Shooting.
Product knowledge.
Machine Knowledge.
