الوصف الوظيفي To do sales’ activities within an assigned geographical area, product range and government customer accounts in order to deliver the agreed sales objectives, customer satisfaction levels, and profitability targets within ACC’s operational plans, and adopted policies and procedures. Key Accountability Areas: Key Activities: Sales Operations · Conclude sales orders to meet established annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales targets and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met. · Identify, research, and conduct prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business. · Respond to customer enquiries and complaints, and act as an advisor to answer technical enquiries. · Negotiate prices, quotations, and delivery times and approve discounts and returns within limits of authority. Customer Relationship: Management. · Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with the Branch’s customers to ensure identifying and addressing their current and future needs. · Ensure customer relationship management techniques are applied by the Branch’s Parts staff including advising customers on the market’s trends and offerings to increase customers’ loyalty to ACC. · Address and resolve disputes with customers to ensure customer retention and protect ACC’s market positioning Reporting. · Refer customer feedback and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands. · Document parts sales progress and results and report to the Manager on a regular basis. المهارات · 3 to 4 years of experience in Part Sales · Previous Customer Relationship Management experience is required · Communication skills Education and Certifications · A Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/parts-and-service-sales-senior-officer-4540635/ |
