Required for petrol major company in KSA (Dammam) Instrumentation Engineer
The Conditions:
• Bachelor of Electronics & communication
• Minimum 10 years in chemical/gas plant experience with electrical Equipment.
• SAP-PM, MM module
• GE Meridium (APM FRAMEWORKS)
• Q-Pulse
• DCS: Yokogawa centum 3000 and VP,
• Bentley Nevada systems (series-3500)
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS-Excel, MS-Power-Point, MS-Word)
Responsibilities:
• Investigation of instrument failure by performing Analyze & Improve Methodology and providing recommendations.
• Participated in many RCM studies as a team member
• Support/Provide RCM team member’s relevant information like existing SAP failure data, Maintenance policies, Engineering records and support for any other data source available with Maintenance, Operation or Engineering in their files/departments
• Facilitate the RCM team members for all RCM methodology related supports to achieve the meaningful results aligned with company objectives.
• Collection, preparation, review and utilization of technical data related to RCM selected Operational systems of the plants and keeping permanent record in plant directory for future reference.
• Implement the recommendations in SAP through Planner and Non SAP through related department Management / personnel.
• Coordinate with Turn around Team to include Analyze & improve recommendations in Major / minor TA
• Identified Assets for ALA (Asset Life Assessment) based on the selection criteria.
• Perform ALA Activities including Life Assessment, Risk Assessment and in developing mitigation solutions for all Instrument & Analyzer Assets.
• Initiate Project based on recommendation from ALA studies.
• Awarded certificate of Appreciation for Optimization for Preventive Maintenance strategies.
