الوصف الوظيفي Area Manager (Machin tools and sheet metal) Job Description 1. Achieve the branch / area Sales Target and objectives. 2. Promote company’s products and solutions and present the company professionally. 3. Retain customers, develop new customers and ensure proper coverage. 4. Maintain excellent relationship with customers procurement, end-users & management. 5. Be alert for market signals, industry, new investments, new projects and report the feedback internally for new opportunity creation and business wining. 6. Conduct project mapping, to detail the potential bidders, EPC’s, sub-contractors and ensure the company visibility. 7. Conduct field visits with the principle representative to develop the customers application and generate new leads. 8. Ensure the company registration with customers portals, procurement systems. 9. Regular review for Online RFQ’s at customer portals as and when applicable. 10. Maintain healthy amount of prospects in the pipeline and within the product mix target 11. Coach, mentor and support the sales team and ensure effective work environment. 12. Conduct daily / weekly review for sales, marketing within the team and report the same to the management. 13. Collaborate with the after-sales service team to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
