الوصف الوظيفي
مطلوب مدير انتاج للعمل في مصنع لتصنيع الأثاث المعدني والخشبي والمطابخ
الأشراف على جميع العاملين داخل المصنع, و إدارة الأنتاج و الوقت و أولويات العمل لتحقيق أهداف المصنع.
المراقبة اليومية و السيطرة على الإدارة و الصيانة و الأنتاج, وعمل تقرير يومى يسلم كل أسبوع لمجلس الإدارة موضح به السلبيات و الأيجابيات و الحلول المقترحه.
إعداد و متابعة التنفيذ الفعال لجدول الأعمال المطلوبة و الصيانة لجميع أقسام التقنية.
التنسيق مع إدارة شؤون الموظفين لضمان التوظيف الفعال و الأختيار و التوجيه و التقييم للفريق وظيفته.
التاكد من أن أنظمة الصحة والسلامة و مراقبة الجودة وإدارة المعمول بها و الالتزام بها.
التاكد و ضمان المنتج فى المطابقة للمواصفات و المعايير
تدريب الموظفين على تجميع الأثاث الخشبي والمعدني والمطابخ
يعمل على تصميم و تطوير منتجات الأثاث.
A production manager is required to work in a factory that manufactures metal, wood, and kitchen furniture
Supervising all workers inside the factory, and managing production, time, and work priorities to achieve the factory’s goals.
Daily monitoring and control over management, maintenance, and production, and making a daily report that is delivered every week to the Board of Directors, explaining the negatives and positives and the proposed solutions.
Preparing and following up on the effective implementation of the required work schedule and maintenance for all technical departments.
Coordinate with the Personnel Department to ensure effective recruitment, selection, direction, and evaluation of the job team.
Ensure that health, safety, quality control, and management systems are in place and adhered to.
Ensure and ensure the product conforms to specifications and standards
Design and develop furniture products.
المهارات
خبرة سابقة في نفس المجال في مصانع أثاث خشبي ومعدني ومطابخ
خبرة في تركيب قطع الأثاث والمطابخ لتدريب العاملين عليها
خبرة في برامج الرسم والتصميم على الكومبيوتر
لغة إنجليزية جيدة
فهم معايير الجودة وانظمة الصحة والسلامة المهنية.
القدرة على تقييم الأداء بشكل فعال يساعد على تحسين الانتاج.
الفهم الجيد بتحديد الميزانية المطلوبة لتشغيل القسم.
اجادة عمليات التواصل والتعامل مع فريق العمل وإدارات الاقسام الاخرى.
امتلاك المهارات التنظيمية والقيادية.
القدرة على متابعة التفاصيل الصغيرة.
القدرة على اتخاذ القرارات لتحسين عمليات الإنتاج.
Previous experience in the same field in wooden and metal furniture factories and kitchens
Experience in installing furniture and kitchens to train workers.
Experience with computer design software
Good command of English
Good understanding of quality standards and occupational health and safety regulations.
The ability to effectively evaluate performance helps improve production.
Good understanding of determining the budget required to operate the department.
Proficiency in communication and dealing with the work team and departments.
Organizational and leadership skills.
Attention to details
Decision-making skills
