Electrical Estimation Engineer

Study tenders and provide a competitive bid in cooperation with study team.
Prepare Inquiry Packages for Suppliers/ Subcontractors and make technical / commercial comparisons for the Received Quotations.
Provide a Technical/ Commercial Solution for Contingencies and Provide Value Engineering Solutions.
Follow up the in-hand projects and give support/ Solutions for Issues that rise.
Detail study of Low Voltage & Low Current systems.

· Low Voltage Systems:

- Study of lighting system, power system and power system to mechanical equipment’s through cable tray and MCC-panels.

- Study of Lighting load, power load calculation.

· Low Current safety and security systems:

- Study of Low Current System such as Fire Alarm system, Public Address system, CCTV & Clock system, Telephone &Data;system, MATV system, Building Management system.

· Supervising the quantity surveyor regarding electrical system quantities.

· To review tender scope, assess type of tender, Client and closing date of tender to seek prioritization of all tenders.

· To review and assess tenders ensuring that all tender documents are received and are complete.

· To review/ evaluate quotations received from the vendors/material suppliers and prepare comparative statements.

· Carryout preliminary pricing based on the cost databank on materials, human resources and equipment by using “Timberline” software.

· In coordination with Project Quantity Surveyor, assist the Project Manager by providing the cost estimates for the variation requests. If necessary, attend Client meetings and negotiate.

· To prepare the Price breakdown as a contribution to proposal compilation.

· To respond to client queries concerning cost estimation details.

· If advised, handle the responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor for the assigned project.

المهارات
Candidate Should be B.E/B.tech/M.tech Graduate in Electrical Engineering with related work experience. Should have proficiency in English/Computer/MS Office/AutoCAD , Revit
