Hire Desk Controller

RSS is looking to hire a Hire Desk Controller (HDC) to join the Service and Support team in Dammam.

Responsibilities will include the following:

Management of rental agreements using the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
Efficient handling of customer enquiries
Effective purchasing from third party suppliers for transport, fuel etc
Compilation of fleet status and hire reports
Timely production of invoices and cost sheets
Adherence to QHSE policy and procedures

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

The candidate must be a Saudi national
1-2 years of experience as a Hire Desk Controller (preferably in a rental industry)
Fluent in Arabic and English
