QUALITY INSPECTOR (MECHANICAL, CIVIL, ELECTRICAL)

Implement the project QC Plan and perform in field QC functions to assure the quality of construction in their specialty
Perform QC reviews for all project submittals
Plan, Coordinate and participate in on-site QC meetings, QC Training, mock-ups and other QC related activities and attend Mutual Understanding Meeting
Responsible for managing and coordinating the three phases of control and documentation and ensure testing is performed
Supervise project staff and subcontractor Quality Control Inspectors
Coordinate and resolve comments on subcontractor Quality Control Plans
Ensure that inspection reports are received in timely manner and are reviewed for compliance to scope of inspection and forwarded to all concerned
Interfaces with disciplines to steward resolution of technical issues, Requests for Information and non-compliant work

2.7.3 Install, maintain and repair chilled water pumps and HVAC Fans

2.7.4 Perform alignment test, Vibration test on chilled water pumps and HVAC fans

2.7.6 Observes and complies with all company safety policies

المهارات
Experienced Mechanical Technician who shall report to the HVAC Supervisor / Foremen and carry out Maintenance of chilled water pumps and HVAC equipment’s and services required under this Contract. The Mechanical Technician shall:

2.7.1 Have a diploma from a technical institute or 10 years hands-on experience with HVAC & Chilled Water piping systems.

2.7.2 Have five (5) years’ experience in maintaining and repairing Chilled Water Pumps and HVAC Equipment’s and services in a mission critical facility.

2.7.5 Ability to work from elevated heights and be certified to operate mobile lift equipment

2.7.7 Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice

2.7.8 Shall be a qualified SAUDI ARAMCO Work Permit Receiver with valid certificate. If not already certified at the time of mobilization, the incumbent shall enroll to the earliest available slot to get certified as work permit receiver and maintain the certification throughout the Contract Period

2.7.9. Shall have knowledge of site installation works related to Chilled water pipes, fittings and valves.

2.7.10. Shall have experience of welding and jointing the chilled water pipes.

2.7.11. Shall have one (1) year experience of pipe insulation works and conducted the insulation and cladding.
