Head of Customer Service Department
is required for a leading company Located in KSA specialized at Printing and Packaging
Requirements:
*Problems’ solver.
*Managing schedules, and coordinating multiple activities at the same time.
*Excellent communication skills, well-organized and structured.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1-Leads and manages on daily basis the customer service teams.
2-Responsible for maintaining and improving the Customer Service team’s skills and performance.
3-Monitors the Customer Service teams’ performance against the set KPI’s.
4- Manages and leads on daily basis the Production Planner.
5-Communicates with individuals within different departments in the company.
Basic Qualifications:
1- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
2-Experience: (7-10) years.
3-Very good to excellent In English.
4- Max age 40 years old.
